Availability
Availability of the Villa should be verified by
sending an e-mail
to the owner.
Rental contract
If the Villa is available on the requested dates
and the renter want to proceed with booking, the owner
will send a rental contract to the renter.
One-week option
Upon receipt of the rental contract, the renter
will have an option on the dates requested and one week's
time in which to confirm his booking by making the down
payment
Down payment
The down payment is 50% of the rental price.
Balance due
Payment of the balance due must be made 60 days
before arrival.
